I recently presented a masterclass for start ups for Food Matters Live. I was joined by Sascha Dutta. It was quite a mouthful - 3h! - and participants came from all over the world. Start ups are often reluctant to run research because of prices or because they feel they know well their consumers and products. We demystified the topic- explaining how to use online ethnographies, run quick but powerful surveys, explained how to build a research brief to get the best out of your research. We had videos with consumers and start up owners to make it fun, concrete and hands on. And plenty of exercises with participants. Let me know if you are interested to know more.
